To prep for curbing we use a Bedscaper by EZ trench. This is much smaller and easier to handle than the Brown Bededger. Borderline modifies the blade to make it perfect for a normal 6 inch curb. It takes up way less space in ur trailer also.

We tell all homeowners to cut their downspouts to length to fit the curb. This way they never have to pick them up when they mow, it prevents them from forgetting to put them back down.

We dry scrap everything with a margin trowel. Do this on a tarp so u don't have to clean the street. Putting water on the street and having that go into city drains is a big no no.
